1. Introduction
Welcome to Parfour. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, services, and any content provided through them. By accessing or using Parfour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. What We Do
Parfour is a golf-focused platform that allows users to:

Livestream golf rounds, tournaments, and sessions

Track scores and performance using a built-in scoring system

Access live GPS location and receive club recommendations

Upload and share clips and user-generated golf content

Participate in or manage tournaments with specialized tools

3. User Accounts
No account is required to watch livestreams or view content on Parfour.

An account is required to stream content or participate as a tournament director.

You may still browse the platform anonymously without creating an account.

Tournament Directors may receive additional web access tools for managing events and scorekeeping.

4. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Parfour.

5. User Content & Ownership
Any content you upload (videos, scores, clips, equipment usage, etc.) becomes the property of Parfour upon submission.

Parfour may use your content for marketing, promotional purposes, or other commercial use without compensation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and stream any content you upload.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials on Parfour, including branding, UI/UX, text, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by Parfour and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Upload or stream any content that contains nudity, profanity, violence, or illegal activity

Engage in hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or threatening behavior

Use bots, scrape content, or abuse the platform in any automated way

Interfere with the operation or security of Parfour

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning at our discretion.

8. Third-party Services
Parfour uses third-party services such as:

Google Login and Apple Login for account access

Stripe for future payment processing

iGolf and other APIs for course and scoring data

OBS and similar tools for livestreaming

You agree to comply with their respective terms of service.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account (if applicable), restrict access to the platform, or remove content for any reason, especially violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers
Parfour is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or the accuracy of streamed content.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parfour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here. Continued use of Parfour after changes means you accept the new Terms.
